Below, we explain our cancellation, return, and refund policies.
CANCELLATION
The customer can request the cancellation of their order if it has not left our facilities and is not a product with custom specifications. The refund will always be processed using the same payment method as the order. If the order has not yet been paid, no charges will apply for the cancellation. Please note that the refund may incur management fees. The amount refunded will never exceed the amount received.
RETURN
Once the order has been placed and confirmation has been received via email, you have a period of 14 days to cancel the order and obtain a refund without justification, except for custom products. The refund may also be subject to management fees, and the amount refunded will not exceed the amount received.
After the 14 days have passed, if you wish to cancel your order, the cost associated with the cancellation will be evaluated, depending on the production status.
RETURNING ITEMS
If your order has already left our facilities, you must wait to receive it before you can initiate a return. You have 30 days to return the merchandise from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:
- It has not been tampered with.
- It is in perfect condition.
- It has not been used.
- It is not a product with custom specifications (customized or made to order).
If you decide not to accept the package and request a return, we must wait to receive the package back and check the condition of the items. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If the shipment has been processed correctly and you decide to return the products, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Once the merchandise is received in suitable condition, only the amount for the products will be refunded, in accordance with the refund policy mentioned above.

Once the order is received, we will check the items and process the corresponding refund. Shipping costs and fees applied by the payment methods will not be refunded to the customer. Shipping costs to our facility and any possible import expenses will be borne by the customer.
Any refunds will always be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made by bank transfer, the customer must provide all necessary details to process the refund to their account. In the event that the transfer incurs additional costs due to currency exchange or changes in country, those charges will be borne by the recipient.
