Orders and Shipping
When you add your address, the shipping costs will be calculated. These costs depend on the weight of the package, the country you live in and the carrier. You will be able to check the shipping cost before making the payment, during checkout.
Orders are shipped the next day when everything is in stock. Time of shipping is different depending on where you live. Orders are always shipped when complete. In case of an out of stock item, we will wait with shipping untill the all items are back in stock.
Respond to the order confirmation you received as soon as possible to make any changes to your order.
Taxes for orders within the EU are included in the price.
Customers from outside the European Community must pay taxes and duties in their respective countries when placing their order.
We are in no way responsible for delays that may have been caused by customs.
Shipping to countries in the EU is not a problem. If you live outside of the EU, contact us to calculate shipping prices.

Returns and Exchanges
You can return items within 30 days of receiving the item.
The conditions are as follows:
– The item must not be handled or used and must retain its original packaging.
– The item is not a custom-made product.
– Rc3D construction will not refund shipping costs (neither to nor from).

Respond to your email order confirmation and make us aware within 30 days after you receive the order.
Immediately contact us and take pictures of your package. It is your responsibility to let us know as soon as possible. Everything is checked for damage and functionality when it leaves our facility.
